Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and raised in the systems of New York and New Jersey, Pierre-Richard knows the power of resilience firsthand. Arriving in the U.S. at age 15, he navigated homelessness and shelters, fueled by the memory of his mother’s sacrifice.
Today, he is a U.S. Army veteran, a United Airlines Flight Attendant of over 25 years, and a proud father of two sons. He founded Victor Global Initiative to ensure that no matter where a child starts, they have the power to finish as a Victor.
