Our Founder's Promise

"Her 'X' was not a symbol of limitation; it was a promise. She proved that resilience is an action, not just a word."

— Pierre-Richard Victor, Founder

The VGI JROTC Scholarship Program honors Lucianne Horace's legacy by investing in the next generation of military leaders. Like her "X" represented resilience and promise, this scholarship represents our commitment to transforming potential into performance.
